Yea props to a kid thats taking a fight because its the most money he'll ever make in a fight and a chance at the top dog in the sport. He's got so much guts. It's unbelievable.
Canelo is also in the boxing game to make money, and this is the highest payday he could possibly have gotten. This isn't a case of him doing something above and beyond, this is a case of him winning the boxing lottery. This is the kind of fight every boxer in the world wants.
if you give canelo credit for taking on a WW again then, lets all proclaim Canelo the 2nd coming of Hearns or Hagler after that awesome fight with J. Lopez a 140lb fighter. **** Canelo and I like him. But FFS fight someone your own size my friend. Why isnt canelo fighting people that matter like Kirkland, Lara, Martinez. He could also move up in weight fight GGG, Degeale, Chavez JR, Kid Chocolate. Instead he feasted on 140-147lbers lol. Congratz dude you barely beat Trout lol. Marquez > Canelo and is a real mexican warrior. Canelo will not do **** once he gets to 160.
You need to put it into perspective. Canelo on his own generates enough money that he doesn't need this fight. Canelo definitely didn't ask for this fight for money reasons, he did it for legacy. I'm not sure the fight will earn him that much anyway, considering the unfavorable split he'll probably get and with Showtime also trying to have their bases covered. So Canelo is to be commended. He took on Trout, arguably the best LMW there was and now he takes on Mayweather.
Canelo is looking for a legacy fight, FLoyd is looking to make sure his next fight sells over 1 mill.
I'm getting tired of this bitchmade fiool Anthony. Come to America, playa and I'd **** you up. Straight African American style. Dumbass troll on a boxing forum. You aint **** fool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0bJJaqdHPg [yt]v0bJJaqdHPg[/yt]
Please! It would look more like Hatton Castillo :yep Everyone else is giving credit to the 1/3 favourite for making this fight. Whats wrong with giving credit to the 3-1 underdog who's rsiking his 2 belts against the p4p number 1 in boxing at a catchweight!
