Definitely the sound of an emotional response. Cause that's all you run on. You're agenda-driven and a hater. Just look at your avatar.

Dude you're a joke...Yes Mosley is past his prime but that doesn't negate the virtuoso performance of Mayweather. Mosley just didn't have plan b and got outclassed by a superior boxer, simple as that . Same thing probably would have happened 4 or 5 years ago if they would have fought then. Nobody and I mean nobody is as good at adapting as Mayweather. The guy is just on another level skill wise

Why wasn't this thread made when Mosley jumped in the ring to challenge Mayweather

Because they're agenda driven haters who genuinely thought Floyd would never take on a fighter as dangerous as Mosley. But now that he did, Mosley is now considered "old" and "shot"

Posters like PaulV and Jack are not to be taken seriously. They're going to find to a way to diminish any of Floyd's accomplisments.

The thread was made before the bout occurred:

Now, for those attempting to play the "agenda" game, I do have an agenda:

    This content is protected

I particularly dislike fighters who strike a "hard" pose but fail to back it up by avoiding fights or fighters who may challenge them.

Mayweather and Haye are too egregious examples of this kind of fighter, and so they draw my ire.

Haye has stepped out twice on Klitschko fights after yelling to anyone who would listen that he was chomping at the bit to fight either or both brothers.

That makes him a joke in my book. And as Lolenga Mock and others have demonstrated, he is a glass-chinned joke to boot.

That's the way it is, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise regardless of any fanboys who try to hype their way around reality.

Ditto for Mayweather. He fights a shot 38-year-old sans his PED's in a brutal-to-watch bout and people are trying to pretend it's some landmark of the sport.

It's not, and I can't pretend it is.

So, I write a post to help put things into perspective for the Hype Train Posse.

I am more than willing to give credit where it is due, no matter who I wanted or picked to win a fight. When Pascal beat Diaconu, I wrote a post praising him to the roof. He deserved it. He fought a guy Dawson would not and he showed true heart and grit in the match. That deserves praise.

In contrast, cherry picking a guy coming off of two-out-of-three poor performances and who is 38 years old does not.

The "agenda" is truth. The goal is to get behind the hype.

Last night's fight sucked. It was a mismatch that did little to elevate Floyd's legacy, as at least one reporter in the media has written up. This is the price Floyd pays for picking another past-it opponent.

His decision, not mine. Don't try to shoot the messenger.
