I had DLH winnig, not because he was the aggressor and not because he landed more shots , but because half of PBF's landed shots were on the arms or with the inside of the glove , both of which are not supposed to score . Siggest you watch it in slow mo
I had it for dlh 1st time round, i think i was biased (wanted the dlh win big time) as when id calmed down and watched it weeks later it was an OBVIOUS ud for floyd.
You sure you don't have the two confused? Floyd is the black one.... I can't even recall mor ethan a dozen of De La hoya's shots landing cleanly. Guess I'll have to watch it for the 15th time... i could use a nap anyway.
I think that the one judge who scored the fight for De La Hoya was influenced by the pro Oscar crowd, they would scream like crazy even when he threw a punch that clearly missed Mayweather.
Tommy Kazmareck scored it for Oscar. He's the same judge who thought Leonard won the rematch with Hearns.
I hear u and if it wasn't for that judge we probably wouldnt have this bull**** rematch :-(. Floyd is scared to lose and I'm starting to realize it now. He is still my fav boxer
i've watched it a few times and make the fight go either way.mayweather rarely lead an exchange and took very few risks to get at hoya while alot of hoyas punches were nowhere near meaningful and i still believe those punchstats are way off which is a big thing for the may fans
DLH was unlucky, his jab was winning the fight, but he quit jabbing last three rounds. Otherwise would have taken it easy!
atsch He didn't just quit jabbing PBF had a little something to do with it. Did he just quit jabbing in his last fight with Forbes? No he didn't. PBF made adjustments and took it away.:deal
