When you have a guy hurt, you don't break up a fight for something as minor as that. And i don't know how you didn't notice the obvious fact that Hatton regularly would make eye contact with the ref and miraculously, the ref would jump in. It was hilarious.
No he wasnt the best ref I went to the fight and was a bit frustrated he kept getting involved and talking to the fighters but he was far from the worst ref I have ever seen and there shouldnt even be a thread on this as Hatton won by a landslide not even close

Calzaghe v kessler fight. When the ref stopped calzaghe after he had kessler hurt for a dubious call for a puncg around the back of the head. Some of you guys just hate hatton so much its just weird.
And Kessler was never really "hurt" against Calzaghe. He might've been slightly stunned but never really hurt like Hatton was against Lozano.
I didn't notice it because it didn't happen. Quit moaning about the ref in a straight forward, relatively one-sided comeback fight.
