    Ricky just tweeted this old video of himself & Chris kamara having a mess about spar/fight a few years back, Michael Gomez is also in the video.
    Some of the knock downs reminded me of Malik Scott last night.

    Class vid I always liked that camp... Shame they all split up after te mayweather fight
    I may be readin too much into it but Ricky never looked the same without Kaye's gettin his condioning and weight to peak at the right times

    Use to love Gomez as well think this was around the Alex Arthur fight... Wish he'd of stuck around the Phoenix camp for longer as well
