No, his quick feet coming forwards worked for him a little at first but the commentators noticed in the 1st round that as he came in he kept dipping to his right leaving him open to the left hook, and Floyd started to time him with that shot, eventually knocking him out wit the left hook, different class.

The left hook did the damage, the commentators noticed Hatton was wide open for the hook in the 1st round, Hatton was fading badly at the time of the stoppage, he was outclassed.

Nah Hatton was so easy to time, he had some really bad habits that made him very predictable.

Floyd adjusted and took over after the early rounds, Judah did far better v Floyd than Hatton did.

You forgot to mention how "brave"" Hatton was during that fight, what the hell are you, a British commentator?

Hatton was a little fat chav that got dominated by both guys, knocked out by both guys, he had no chance against either. Go cry elsewhere snowflake-cuck.

I think a lot more people would of sparked by Pac had they tried to fight him in such a bullish way but he essentially served as a warning as to the outcome if you were stupid enough to try and stick it on Manny like that.

Hatton was a great character in boxing, and I was a fan. He would have lost to Floyd it seems no matter the circumstance, but it was Cortez who didn't even allow him to work. He was not pulling the hit and hold routine, Floyd was engaging the clinches and Hatton gets the point taken. One of the worst, most corrupt ref jobs I have ever seen. Cortez is trash, always and forever.

Hatton had some success early in the fight w/ Floyd. Cannot deny that. Wasn't until around the 6th Floyd started taking over. Hatton seems to be pretty underrated by guys who probably have barely seen much of him at all...

He was doing that reality show dancing with the stars at the same time he was training for that fight. That show took away alot of time while he was supposed to be training.

You’ve gotta give Hatton credit for at least having the balls to try to make it his fight. That was a rarity for Floyd’s opponents.

My favorite fight ever, I saw it very wide but Hatton was courageous!
