Sadly, agree. You cant beat father time, and Bowe could have been a legend. A focused Bowe was a real threat.
Bowe wins with younger reflexes but Foreman would find him in there. The jab of Foreman may bust up Riddick. I would expect Bowe to be hurt at some point. Bowe takes it in the end based on size and age. After the fight Riddick would be glad he never faced a prime Foreman.
Yep he definitely had so much potential. Crazy to think just a few short years from Holyfield 1 to Golota, and he was done.
Wow the overwhelming majority have tipped Bowe and it seems he does it via TKO or somewhat comfortable UD. If this is Foreman from the Holyfield fight which I think was far better than the one who beat Moorer, I think he is able to land on Bowe far easier than he was on Holyfield. From memory I actually had the Foreman fight 7-5 to Holyfield (plus foreman’s point deduction). I don’t believe it was this wide UD beat down that many thought it was, I thought it was close and I thought George landed the more telling shots. Back to George v Bowe - I think it ends with George winning a razor thin decision with the difference being George dropping Bowe in the 3rd.
Yes, it's based exactly on that. The best version of Bowe beats both Georges. Isn't that how we do fantasy head to heads? I don't base my assessment of Foreman on his poorest moments, why would I do the same for Bowe?
