    Bowe to win via TKO.

Frazier did not do well vs bigger fighters in Mathis, or a gun shy Bugner. In fact he was behind on points mid way through the fight with a fat Mathis, who was no where near as good as a prime Bowe.

Bugner didn't risk much, but when he landed he once stunned Frazier.

Probably, except Bowe was worse at using his physical dimension than Foreman.
But hey, he stopped a still very strong Holyfield.

Frazier might be Frazier, but he's no Holyfield.

Bowe stopped Holyfield in the midrounds. He had more dimensions to his game than Frazier but was equally tough.

Bowe stopped Bert Cooper inside 2 rounds when Cooper was coming off 12 rounds with Ray Mercer. An impressive win at the time. Now Joe Frazier is levels above Bert Cooper but a similar style. I think he makes it probably into the midrounds and would have his moments. Joe never took a 10 count and I don't think he would here but he may go down a few times by the end.

    Who did Foreman stop within

Anyway Bowe stopped within 6, Holyfield, Bert Cooper, Herbie Hide (think he ruined his chin), Gonzalez, Seldon, Dokes, Jesse Ferguson. Brutally heavy puncher much like Foreman really

Bowe will let Frazier inside and Joe will get some shots off. The key to the fight would be Riddick Bowe`s uppercut. It was short and quick. He threw nice short inside combinations. If he needed to he could push Joe back and try to catch him coming back in.

I think Frazier would do well. Certainly wouldn't expect him to get clubbed down in the same manner as he was against Foreman.

All the same, I think Bowe stops him eventually, after some real hassle.

Foreman would probably still keep pushing Frazier away after the first left hook that landed.
Frazier needed a ref that would directly warn Foreman for pushing.

Bowe has a size advantage against Frazier but since he's an infighter even against a lot smaller opponents he gives up his height and reach.
I can still see Bowe winning, but he does take more punches than needed.

I agree, But if Frazier does some real damage on the inside early, could be bad for Bowe..Who was a slow starter.

No I am not saying Cooper was comparable to Frazier, but they both came forward and walked in and against a guy 240 like Bowe so that is how I compared it, and Bowe if I remember correctly stopped Cooper with right hands, not his left hook, I just don't see a 207 pound guy like Frazier was walking him down. Bowe was a good fighter. That Holyfield fight where he hurt Bowe was that fan man night, and that really changed the momentum of the fight, and Bowe was always lazy in training, but he was good. Bowe would have fit right in with the guys in the 1980s like Witherspoon and Dokes and Tubbs. Guys who were hot and cold and didn't train hard. But if he was in shape he was a big guy with a nice left hook who could put weight behind his punches. He was not Tyson , but he was big. I do think Lennox would have stopped Bowe like in the amateurs. By the way. If you put Frazier at 6-2 240 against 6-6 240 pounds Bowe, Frazier stops him in 3 or 4. Get what I am saying? That is why I think the heavyweights of today are really not able to match up with guys of the past, just because of size. There is no way Marciano was the same division as Vlad or Vitali.
