Lol, that's not the first discussion we have. So I know this discussion will never end, because you follow your agenda no matter what. That deal was not fair, loma prized himself out. Do you agree? yes? ok no? ok. End of the discussion. EDIT: plus you are maniac of the last word, say it and move on.

    LOL

Rigo was offered the fight a bit back but would rather face Jazza Dickens.

Lomachenko is already a 2 weight world champion who's resume crap all over Rigo who whilst talented would rather face sub par opposition instead of challenging himself.

Lomo has achieved more and beaten better fighters in half the time Rigo has been around.

You are talking like if those who came from Ukraine, Kazjkstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Romania...were rich, there are more poverty in those countries than in Cuba, they are further from their countries than Cubans. And if Rigo truly needs money he would fight for 100k, with that amount of money he would be a millonaire in Cuba

They are aconstumbrated to the disciplined cuban amateur system and once they left it, they become lazy

Priced himself out. The word is priced. I appreciate English probably isn't your first language but this is irritating the hell out of me.

In regards to a Loma fight, Rigo didn't want that work crying about weights and how small he is whilst refusing to make the lower weights he claims he easily could to make a number of great match ups. F that dude.

Well, that's true more often than not. It has destroyed a lot of good fighters.

You dont understand, the one who flees from cuba leaves all his life behind. Country, friends, familly... ALL. In ukrania, for instance, you can be poor but if you leave the country or try to make a living by boxing you are not leaving your family and friends behind. Not the same thing, dude.

You might be right at that since I dont have first hand knowledge about the situation between Cuba and the USA and people who leave the island

Yes, pretty much what happened to Odlanier Solis, Yuriorkis Gamboa and Jorge Luis Gonzalez: they left Cuba, turned pro, and allowed themselves to be attracted to and subsequently swallowed up by the Miami nightlife scene. They may have been extremely talented pugilusts; but talent alone will only carry a person so far.

For what it's worth, I do think Rigo and Lara are disciplined and dedicated; their only drawback is they are both woefully inactive. For Cuban amateurs looking to turn pro, they should hold Rigo and Lara as the shining examples of how to be as professionals (minus the inactivity), snd should use the examples of Solis and Gonzalez as the cautionary tales of professional indiscipline.

Great little fight. Loma just too big and good at the stage , Rigo does well early but might even get stopped.

Two great fighters fighting each other who would have thought it ??
