Absolutely, way above the rest of the division and a great fighter in his own right. Such a shame he isnt marketable in Arums eyes. You have Rigo who wants to fight the best, but a promoter who wont back him then you have Ward who wont fight anyone his promoter tries to get him in with. I know there are legal issues with Ward but Rigo could claim the same, such a difference between the 2 men.
