It's kind of silly, they are effectively saying there is NO best fighter in the world, and then list 2 x SECOND best fighters in the world. If there is no-one better than the 2 x SECOND best guys, they are self evidently the 2x BEST fighters in the world. They should share #1 not #2. It's ridiculous.

That said, the argument that Marquez should be p4p#1 holds lil weight when someone his own size (Pac) dominated and beat up those same guys.

Clottey probably beats Marquez, but you said knockout, not beat...he does not knock Marquez out.
