I have them about level in terms of achievements. If Bradley was willing to fight Khan I'd have given him the edge and kept him at #1 until they fought at least. But seeing as Bradley is ducking Khan, I'm going to give Khan the nod. Do you think that's an irrational reason to make him #1?
I said the other day I wouldn't agree if this happened but Khan was really impressive and I've no qualms with it, he's taking on the contenders who are willing to face him and he's winning. Touch harsh on Bradley but he's his own worst enemy lately.

Khan is not in that plan,” Bradley told The Desert Sun. “Like I said, I'm looking for the bigger fish, the bigger fights — the Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather fights,” Bradley said. “I've paid my dues, I've done more than anyone at 140. I've done exactly what I've wanted to do. “I know there will be a lot of criticism from everyone. But that won't bother me. I'm going to do what I'm going to do. I'm going to do what's best for my family and my career. Bash me all you want, I'm eating over here. I'm happy and that's pretty much it. I'm not worried about anyone.” Khan has now moved even closer to a fight with Mexican legend Erik Morales after Bradley’s admission and with his first bout of 2012 to be in the UK at 147lbs, it looks highly unlikely that the pair will meet in the next twelve months.
I have Khan at number 1 now. Bradley is too inactive. Since December 09, he has only fought once at 140lb. In that time, Khan has fought basically 5 times against good opposition. Bradley is a good boxer, but a crap businessman. After the farce against Alexander, he should have been back in the ring as soon as possible. The longer he is out of the ring, the less likely he is to get the big money pacquiao / mayweather fight. He has zero name value, and its getting worse.
I think this is right, since Bradley is blatantly being a knob about finding out who is #1. Keeping Bradley as #1 would have sent out a really poor message.
