Fitz without question should be there ... Satterfield for pure power Julian belongs there .. No offense but Ketchel and Dempsey were not top ten ...
Edwin Rosario is probably a better pick than Gomez in hindsight the Minaya,Viruet and Anthony Jones KO's were beauties.
Ernie Shavers needed opponents who stood there waiting to get hi. He never ko'd guys like Holmes, Lyle, or others he fought who were contenders. Bob Foster and Langford don't belong. I would have Hearns on top of Luis for one-shot power, but won't argue too much, Louis was maybe greatest.
What makes you say that? Especially Foster, whose frightening one-punch KO's we actually have film of. He's one of the easiest choices on that list to make.
**** yeah Foster belongs there. I'd probably have him top 3 from the available footage of him. Some of his one punch KO's were frightening especially his near decapitation of Mike Quarry. Plus any guy who can ice the granite chinned Dick Tiger with a single shot is clearly something special and I rate that as an impressive feat as Hearns KO of Duran for example.
You sound like you don't know a thing about boxing. Foster scored electrifying, scary 1 punch knockouts...clean, out cold knockouts.
Even more so, as he didn't have to soften up Tiger with a previous knockdown before that deadly left hook.
First thing i looked for was Julian Jackson and sure enough he's not on the list but of course Dempsey is...
Always, always remember that Michael Spinks was 95% primarily a light heavy. How short was this punch! [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKW1cm3QtUU[/ame]
