I'm reminded of what Eubank said about Degale many years ago. He said all the money and hype will rob Degale of his hunger. What better chance to improve than to spar with world class Froch and Degale is turning it down. Hmmm...
Since the beginning of time Froch has not known how to shadow box a jab, it is embarassing. Blocking a punch with his elbow is silly and he isn't good enough to do it. He'll do anything to back his half guard defence which he is awful at. Nevertheless, it was nice to see him reach out to DeGale and his people like mugs missed out on the opportunity for hard sparring. Probably mugs thinking they will be rivals soon. All it does is affect his development.

Just watched it in griff's thread - fantastic segment topped off with 'Carl Floch' from Tyson at the end
said that he offered to pay him to come up to Sheffield for two weeks and that he would have paid his travel expenses and put him up in digs but they said no. They wanted Froch to travel to London. Only reason he wanted DeGale was because he was a switch hitter with skills and not a lot of power. ps - what that jab all about during his shadow boxing? It was like a left cross!
