Rios showed no class because he has ZERO class !!! He is a tough fighter, I`ll give him that. But the despicable behavior of he and Robert Garcia making fun of Freddie Roach`s parkinsons ?? Lower levels of human beings IMO... And it was Alvarado`s time to shine post fight interview. Maybe if Rios had showed that much anger and energy DURING the second half of the fight, he would have been the first post fight interview...
I disagree 100%. Rios wasn't disrespectful to Alvarado. He was just "high" on adrenaline after an incredible and brutal fight. He was hyped up because he knew this was his career defining fight which had him losing.....so he was ampped up during the interview and made it clear that he was ready, willing and able to do it again...if Alvarado's back yard or right then and there if possible. It wasn't disrespect it was passion...he said he knew Alvarado was a warrior and gave him his due but he also is a competitive person who opreates in a brutal sport that fits his personality perfectly. He didn't need to sell a trilogy....but he did a wonderful job with his post fight interview. it was real and people respect that.
Yes, I agree. Broner might win a decision against Brandon, but he'll end up looking like Mile High in the process. Rios is This content is protected tough! Broner won't be putting him away anytime soon, if they ever fought (which will probably never happen). I wonder about Broner's gas tank though. How would he do in the later rounds against a guy who keeps on coming after him? Good fight. It will never happen though. :/ lol
Rios is damn near brain dead now another fight with Alvarado and win or lose he will tkae more damage. Then maybe a fight with Broner who is faster a better inside fighter it will be nasty.
As much as I like Alvarado and dislike the ******ed Broner, you are talking so much **** there... Alvarado is half the boxer Broner is.
Good post again. He interrupted the interview, yes, but only doing so after being called over. And during his rant, he didn't curse or diss Alvarado directly. He was amped up and upset at losing his '0' and a claim to a world title.
