Okay i was exaggerating, Guerrero is a good decent fighter, not anywhere near the P4P list but he's one of those fighters who benefitted from very careful match-making. He fought garbage fighters at Featherweight and SuperFeather and no one counts interim Lightweight and Welterweight as world titles. Who considered Guerrero a test for Mayweather?
