According to Randy De La O, Frank "Kiki" Baltazar Sr. has passed away. Frank was prominent member of the Southern California boxing community and the father of three professional boxers, Frankie Jr., Tony and Bobby. I hope that Frank's family and friends accept my condolences.

He posted here for quite a while, years ago. May he rest in peace.

awe, I spoke with Frank a good few times,

he was a decent upright Boxing man, just glad to participate, both in offer & receipt of what he could, and he was always cordial about it. Proud of his Sons and loved all of his days at the L.A Forum and it's many, many great fight cards over the years.

Rest in GOD's grace Frank, whom I know you expressed you're faith in. Mercy.
