    I didn't know he boxed. :think

    99-30 in the amateurs, decent.

    He was a contemporary of Uli Wegner, the other (way less cool) major German boxing coach of the last few decades, who fought nearly 200 bouts himself... I wonder if they were in the same weight class and ever crossed paths. I'd love to see footage of Fritz whipping that clown. :yep (even if he weren't as physically gifted his boxing IQ was 100x greater)
