Reporter (asking question at SSM/Manny media day): You gonna ask for a blood test?

Roach: No, we cant because we refused to do it ourselves, soo well be hypocrites to do that, so were not going to ask for any special drug tests no, it is what it is...

This isn't news for some people, and I don't care about justifications etc, all I'm saying is can we please stop with the "Manny has agreed to all the tests" bull****, as he clearly hasn't. I mean this is less than a week ago and a direct quote, no assumptions, no "you fill in the blanks", it's there for all to see and hear. It's on video, which is circulating on the forum, too lazy to link it. It doesn't mean Manny is using, it doesn't mean he won't fight Mayweather, etc, it only means what it says "we can't (ask for additional testing) because we refused to do it ourselves, so we'll be hypocrites to do that, so we're not going to ask for any special drug tests, no. It is what it is...".

I think I saw a similar thread with this same article posted here.

Recycling is a good thing but try not to over do it.

Well it's actually a video this was on, and in terms of it being reposted, this wasn't the subject of that thread. Not trying to be a dick just clarifying.

shouldnt the bold part say "we are refusing to do it ourselves" for your argument to hold any weight?

when are you guys gonna ****ing understand its not a ****ing rule by the boxing commisions? who gives a **** if he doesnt take a test that he doesnt have to as required by his sport??
maybe they should also ask many to run a 26.2 mile marathon before he gets into the ring on fight night, to prove he really has good stamina...and if he doesnt, hes hiding something

You can't take it out of context- they're referring to the first negotiation with Floyd.

Not buying it. Would need to hear Roach clarify this remark. As in "We didn't agree to it without a 7-day window before the fight," etc.

Roach is a good guy. But he's a trainer, not a lawyer and not the guy negotiating contracts. Nor is he the fighter.

I think Freddie has misspoken in this manner before, so that would not be a surprise.

Floyd never wanted a test until Manny and he wants to use a company that will come in stop training camp break routine, draw blood only to prove nothing and do it several times randomly for Pacquiao. these crooks did not even test 18 days up to the fight with Mosley/may
if you trust this **** you must be a disgrace cause they failed to catch one victor conte fighter for years. they have a 24 hour window if that to even catch someone.
Don't be fooled they do not have the technology to catch most of the things floating around. (opinion from stranger online) like dwyer
Biggest scam going. if they do testing needs to be different company with agreed methods. you don't let some crazy guy who wants to eat you in soup call the shots. Floyd is cleaning the sport like he cleaned out the WW division.

Roach contradicts himself alot but he tells the truth alot too. Pacman better make sure he never messes over Roach because he knows to much. Roach is somebody who well tell it all and not know it.

  14. also theres another video cirxulating where pooch is giving an interview and he says yes they have agreed to take the test. *******S need to realize that its there false idol and his camp thats keeping this fight from happening. theer story keeps changing on a daily baSIS Just TAKE THE ****N TEST.

I didn't say it did mean he's hiding something, I didn't say it means that he should take them, I thought I was pretty clear in that, all I'm saying is can we at least stop with the "Manny has agreed to all the tests" bull**** as if it's a non issue. No more, no less.
