Relax D......you're reaching......Freddie is just so use to dominating that he's frustrated that JMM is that guy in any fighters career that causes him problems. Pac is that guy to JMM as well. Roach wants Pac to win clearly.....not in a close, compeitive fight. Roach doesn't "believe" Pac beat JMM.....he knows it....just like Nacho knows JMM beat Pac.....but everyone in both camps know ALL 3 fights have been very close.

Force him to be the aggressor, and box him and they beat JMM easily, shame I could have watched Manny fight 3 other fighters, but he's stuck struggling against this B class fighter, because of clueless inept trainer:patsch

If JMM fought the version of ODLH that Manny did, he would dominate him. The JMM that fought Pac in the last fight would also beat the version of Mosley that Pac did, maybe not Cotto, but definitely Clottey. Margo was at 154 so its just too ridiculous to judge. :deal

Manny should use his jab more. Instead of jab jab straight left, jab jab feint hard and look for an opening.

    well said.

and jmm is acclimating himself in the higher weights much better than i would have anticipated at his advanced age.

this next fight is going to be as good as the previous three.

If fmj had your belief in him in himself we wouldn`t be debating this bull****... bottom line is he should have gave pac a boxing lesson years ago while he was at his hottest & we would be talking about him as an elite ATG with no question marks against his name... he didn`t do **** so now he deserves everything that comes his way including peole telling him pac would beat him, that`s the least he deserves IMO.

Ps. that`s all I want to say on this because he doesn`t deserve my finger energy typing about him & I don`t want to derail the thread discussing a 3 year old subject.

    hype the fight?

why would they need to hype this fight?

the last fight was every bit as good as the previous two.

what they will need to hype is canelo/maidaina after marcus agrees to his 700K payday.

i figure hes worth another 500k over what gbp gave josesito.

This is what I love. JMM does not come close to being on Floyd's level. It's not even debatable. JMM's mexican genes sync in then he goes to war which is the reason why his fights with Manny are close. Floyd by far figures Manny out and just like all of the fighters Floyd fought the victory will come in a dominant fashion by way of boxing clinic. We all know Manny can't adapt for **** and his only plan is to throw punches, in fact the same combination of punches over and over again. He's a broken record. Thats why when he runs into an opponent that can move he looks more like an amateur. Lets stop playing make believe and accept theres a reason why Floyd is the betting favorite. The only difference in style that you claim between JMM and Floyd is that Floyd is Jedi master boxer and does everything better while JMM is a Jedi Knight. Floyd could even go to war better than JMM if he wanted to but he doesn't rely on that bull**** since his skills are too abundant and doesn't need to rely on a few things like mostly every other fighter. JMM doesn't add up to being a true "elite" like Floyd.

your logic is that of a ********

    norton owned ali
frazier beat ali in fight 1 and nearly killed each other in 3
    foreman destroyed norton and frazier
    Ali destroyed foreman

so in your gay ass floyd fanboy world, i guess you think what you said makes sense.... dumb ass

This is not what i ment at all...... JMM against Floyd is on a huge disadvantage because he will play the aggressor.

Floyd though does not counter the JMM does, he tends to dodge/block/coverup first and has a WAY lower work rate.

Against Pac JMM actually does a few things better like throwing when Manny throws and being able to keepup with the work rate.

Not saying Floyd can't do these things but he has never shown it.
Also he seemed quite winded vs Cotto who forced him to fight at a higher pace, which is actually something worrying vs Pac.

Obviously Floyd should be the favorite, but just because JMM is succesful vs Pac does not mean Floyd will be.
Floyd is a defensive counter puncher where JMM is a aggressive one.

floyd a welterweight of nearly 5 years schooled JMM a featherweight of 13 years who had never had a fight at 147 or 140 and a handful of of fights at 135,130.

    epic ****ing win

it equals sugar ray leonard fighting salvador sanchez
