Roach also said that blood test up until the fight was fine.

Exactly. If Roach told me that the sky was blue, I would go outside to check.

Thats fine. What Floyd should be doing is petition for an across the board drug policy. I'm sure Pac will follow whatever they implement.

"Manny Pacquiao wants to fight Mayweather in the worst way."

Obviously, he doesn't want to fight him that bad.

Clearly, Manny doesn't want the fight in the worst way. If he did, he would take the tests. Anyway, If I were Mayweather, I would drop the testing demands. However, if his fight against Mosley does better than Pac's fight with Cotto, he should demand the bigger split. He should also tell team Pacquiao to get lost with their $10 mill per lb. penalty. That's not a part of the rules either. And since Manny is so eager to do whatever the commission says, Mayweather shouldn't agree to 8 oz. gloves. The NSAC states that 10 oz. gloves are the standard gloves used at 147 lbs. 8 oz. gloves are only used if both fighter agree. Manny should have no problem with the 10 oz. gloves since he claims he'll do whatever the comission says.

Or maybe Pac won't "Never play by Mayweather's rules"

Or maybe he wants the fight in the worst way, but there are certian things that he won't compromise on regardless of how bad he wants it.

Why believe one statement over the other?

I agree BigReg, athough Id still say 50/50 with the money.

And if May go over 147, you dont have to go the through fight so no need for a penalty.

50/50 without any demands from each camp its the way it should go.

Manny now has a very large shadow over his legacy and career.

And all this talk about Manny wanting to fight Mayweather in the worst way? The chance was already given. Just submit some blood to make sure you are not PEDing and the fight will happen. Manny does not want to submit blood then the blood must be dirty.

Floyd can demand Pac to let him take a dozen free shots at him while he's at it, it won't get the fight made though.

Not if Mayweather/Mosley does noticeably better than Pacquiao/Cotto. Cotto is obviously a bigger draw than Mosley. Cotto was the A-side when they fought. Mayweather has already done bigger numbers than Pac against 3 common opponents. Let's say this fight with Mosley does around 2 mill buys or better. At that point there would be no doubt who the bigger draw is. And if Mayweather wins, he would be the legitimate champ at 147 lbs. The champ usually gets the bigger split. The bigger draw normally gets the bigger split as well. So why should Mayweather accept and equal split if he's the champ and the bigger draw? Manny claims he doesn't fight for money. He claims he fights for the people and that he wants Mayweather in the worst way. He should have no problem taking the smaller cut if the scenario plays out as I described.

The 'worst way' = a very unenthusiastic manner

I could say the same about Pacquiao. Good luck in him explaining to the people that the fight didn't get made because he didn't want to follow the comission rules and because he wanted an even split against the Champ who is also a bigger draw than him.
