as u guys said roach is decreasing mentally and talking ****... jmm is one of the most versatile boxers, he can be agressor and counterpuncher, roach said that he only does the counterpunch, well in the last 4 fights i have seen him going forward and delivering combinations..

The point i was trying to make was to compare their resumes from 04-07 and tell u that they are similiar. That's the whole point of this thread right? I never said Marquez beat a prime Barrera and Pacman didnt...

Anybody who understands the current boxing scene knows that barrera was far past his prime by the time marquez and pacman beat him...

SO my point is that their resume from 04-to present is similiar and one doesn't outshine the other.

I'm amazed how people easily forget how PAC brutalized MAB on their first fight way before JMM beat him... that was prime MAB if you ask me.

 

how can a very close 115-113 decision be a "got the **** kicked out of him" sort of fight? if not for that big bloody gash above pac's eye in the 5th due to a headbutt, pac could've won that fight. :-(

and the marquez fight certainly happened before the 1st pac-morales fight. that's why pac had to fight erik instead since jmm didn't want the immediate rematch. :deal
