are you serious? rewatch the fight. better movement, better defense, more accurate, better timing etc
great stuff. speed kills, and hatton is going to be catching a lot of shots. if a counterpunching genius like jmm, gets befuddled and tagged by the speed of pacquiao, what's a front runner like hatton going to do? the only danger pac faces, is what he does when hatton begins to instinctively grab and punch.

Ricky will try to box but as soon as he gets tagged hard he'll resort to rushing, wrestling and using his head. Don't be surprised if a head-butt occurs. Of course Pac will see it all coming a mile away and punish Ricky badly. I will almost feel sorry for Hatton after this beating considering how foolish he looked against PBF. please. hatton displayed little to no changes against paulie and you stated "A LOT" as if ricky was a re defined fighter. :-( why dont you try watching rickys prev 3 fights & the post interview where ricky even says himself that he didnt show much of difference against paulie but will with more time under floyd sr.
Hatton didn't have to do much different against Paulie (thats not to say he could have even if he wanted to). Any extra boxing or guile would have suited Paulie, thats why Hatton steamrollered Paulie more impressively than Cotto. Sustained and insessant pressure.
He's sure gonna have to do something different this time. I wouldn't like to be "changing it up" for the first time against the p4p #1! He's gonna come out looking like he just fought Jon Thaxton! :good
:good i thought ricky could essentially do what he wanted to against paulie esp in the second half. he didnt show any difference b/c he simply didnt have too.
I hope he doesn't alter anything, the last thing he should be doing is dithering around in the middle distance against Pac, he will get pot shotted with that straight left. He needs to get in early and make it as ugly as possible.
