David diaz has fought some decent and legit fighters at 135 ..even 140lbers..and has never been destroyed like what happened when Pac fought him. Not really comparing him to Ricky, but i'm pretty sure Pac's punch has been carried to the heavier weights including his speed. I agree though, that Pac need to prepare for those body punches.
I don't see the Daiz win as being any more or any less than a man doing a very good job on a limited opponent.
i can' wait to see the look on roach's face if pbf says ok lets go. not that i'm a floyd fan but i know he will be the one that will make pac look silly in there.
Hope Hatton don't end up aimlessly charging like a bull in a china shop as he did on the big occasion vs PBF. Cant expect him to change his game drastically but he DOES need to make some further changes/improvements from the Paulie fight.
bro, you cant help yourself & see that in reality floyd sr DID NOT improve ricky A LOT like you claimed. ffs they only had 5-7 weeks to work together. yea you named some changes (which myself and gazOC didnt really see) but how the fu*k can you justify that ricky improved A LOT when he fought just like he did against all of his other opponents..! look, i know your a floyd sr groupie but dont ever post stuipid **** like hatton has improved A LOT when ricky himself said that he didnt show anything different.
Can I remind you of that at a later date? Only a Pac fanboy or Hatton hater with no rational thought would pick the Pinoy for this. Pac has no form whatsoever above 130. Please don't bring up the corpses that were Diaz and ODLH, they are meaningless wins. Diaz the worst and most immobile lightweight champ I have ever seen and Oscar who was so weight drained it looked dangerous. Anyone who normally fights at 154, weighs in at 145 and climbs into the ring 36 hours later at 146 has a big problem. Oscars movement fight night was painful to watch, my dead grandfather has more moves and Hatton would have utterly destroyed him, the fact that it took 8 rounds for MP to beat a shambling zombie speaks volumes to me. Rational thought would say that the man with the bona fide record at the weight will win. A man who is linear, and ring champ, has never been beaten at the weight, never looked like being beaten at the weight - other than against Thaxton with the cut 8 years ago - is the obvious, and rational pick. A pick for Pac is mere speculation and cannot in any way be construed from his record, you just pick Pacman out of blind hatred for Hatton...that is not rational.
Well you obviously fall into one of the catagories I was talking about...if you had read on you would have found out why I think that way :thumbsup I still think debate about this fight is moot, weeks ago I stated that I didn't think it would happen, and despite all the rhetoric I still don't think that it will happen
you mean if someone picked pac to win he is automatically irrational and is either a pac fan or a hatton hater? jezzz...:-(
