Not nessarcerily, Kahn will be one a several guys at the gym who will spar Pac and each other (if they have fights coming up).

    fantastic idea.

Will get him used to the bigger arenas, the glamorous showtime spectacles and the nerves of fighting infront of millions across several continents. Will also introduce him formally to the US fans and the media buzz afterwards.

just being involved in the mayweather-pacquiao fray would be such an honour for him as well no doubt, an introduction to the ELITE echelon of boxing.

I think Castillo would be ideal in this respect. the US promoters love throwing a well known Mexican on to attract extra PPV sales. i think these other factors will be more the learning curve for Khan than the actual fight or the qualities of the opponent. it is all starting to shape up nicely...

Castillo would be far from ideal. Putting a youngster with blinding handspeed in with a shot old pressure fighter? Talk about playing to his strengths.

Khan should just fight a real fighter. There are plenty of them going around at 140, Kendall Holt is happy to fight him.

If Khan can spar against Manny Pacquiao, with his speed and overall ring brilliance, surely someone like Zab Judah, will be an ideal opponent for Khan.

I agree with TFFP..i like to see him in with Holt if he wants to try a safer option then Bradley. Is Holt out yet??? or he still inside??

id love khan to fight either judah or marquez on the undercard, these 2 are huge names in boxing and if he was to win then the states would sit up and take notice

Zab would be alright. He's looked bad lately but he's probably not done just yet. He's still dangerous. If he lost to Khan I think we could finally write off any lingering suspicion that Judah might actually fulfil some of his talent. He'd have lost virtually every notable fight except Spinks.

Still think Holt would carry more legitimacy because he's been campaigning at 140 for a while and he's set a benchmark where we know he can push Tim Bradley all the way, who is considered ahead of Khan right now. Infact, he looked the more obviously talented fighter compared to Bradley but his weaknesses led to him losing the fight.

That same combination he used to take out Salita, was the same left right used at the end of the Oisin ***an fight.
