Typical ESB thread and posters right here.

Give him a break he just came trough a career threatening injury and wasn't at his best for sure after 11 months break. Williams is hard to look good against so there's nothing to whine about. It was a comeback and now it is made. Next time a better show and more impressive victory. I still believe he have tools to be a champ when Klitschkos are gone.

it annoys me when someone obviously has a given talent but doesnt even have what should be a prerquisite, not just for the punch protection, but also from a marketing perspective. coming in with a beer gut is just unprofessional

Helenius just won a excellent crafty stonehead hard hitting fighter Sherman Williams.

    No he is not carbage.

I knew that this was not going to be a easy fight for Helenius. Sherman Williams is a great fighter. But Helenius greater. Too bad Sherman, too bad...

Well it wasn't like he was in shape before either. He has so much potential probably elite potential but trains like a journey man hoping to last through a cold winter.

He doesn't look like a HW champion and therefore will never be one.

He chose a safe way to win but you cant put all the blame on him because it depends on the opponent as well. Williams chose to survive this fight and go the distance, allowing Helenius to pot shot from the distance and win on points. Chisora didnt allow that to him and forced him to throw punches with power and tired him.
