Tough to call. I'd give a slight edge to Haye as of now.

Helenius is pretty crude and i don't see him improving to much from here on tbh..i can see why some ppl. think of him as the best prospect out there but i was really impressed by that romanian HW (forgot his name) that fought in the undercard at Bute-Mendy.

I don't think you have ever seen Helenius fight.

    yes that's him..

he has very good hand speed and power and look at those uppercuts

I made some research on him and apparently he's working 8h/day in the romanian special forces and trains boxing in his free time

If you ask me, this guy has a much greater potential then Helenius

Bogdan certainly appears vastly more talented & skillful than Helenius, but he will not get anywhere fighting so rarely. I want him to take a gamble by quiting the special forces, & become a full time pro boxer. The Heavyweight division needs more exciting punchers.

Helenius beat Dinu in the amateurs. First round stoppage in 2006.

Dinu looked good last saturday, but he wouldn´t have much of chance against Helenius should they fight in the near future.

I think the problem is that you have ONLY seen the Peter fight, and do not realize that it was an off night.

Not to mention that you and Hendo have certain prejudices.

2006...that's a long time ago, how old where they? 22 Helenius and 19 Dinu?
A the moment, i think Helenius edges him but if Dinu takes boxing serious he will get much further then robert.

    yes i know...those "ifs" and "buts" :D

I agree, he is not slickster. But his crudeness is not bad, he has crude basic boxing skills. Haye gets KO'ed or TKO'ed. Helenius throws all the basic punches with a basic strategy, and movement. Haye cant deal with that.

Haye shirks fundementals for explosive power and movement. Haye can get to you, no doubt. But Helenius knocks him the **** out. He is too good and and has some semblance of boxing skills. Haye is only good againnst small guys who he can physically dominate, and cant box.
