    John H Stracey, Mando Muniz twice, Dave Green, and very agurably Wilfred Benitez.

    Average fighters at best don't beat those guys convincingly and come very close to beating that version of Benitez. Nice try though :good

    I recognize one name on that list and its Benitez and he lost to them.

    Looks like an average record to me if you compare him to his peers at the time.

    If his name was Johnson or Jackson would you still consider him to be a great victory?

    Says more about your knowledge than the fighters in question i'm afraid. There's a lot of this about - what it is, there's nothing wrong with not knowing fighters, at all, but assuming that they are not "good names" because you don't recognise them is ignorant.

    No it doesnt. Looking at their records on boxrec, there is a reason why nobody knows who these guys are. They didnt do anything in the sport. 90% of their wins are against Journeymen.
