I'm not saying PBF is a better boxer than SRL however he's better than Benitez that's for sure. I'm saying both of them outboxed Duran and PBF has the ability to do the same. PBF encompasses both with the boxing ability of SRL with the defense of Benitez. Duran gets overrated all the time he went 1-5 against SRL, Hearns, Hagler and Bentinez. People love him because of his personality machismo and fighting style the truth is he's overrated because he's considered the best Latino fighter of all time so that puts him above people that he doesn't deserve to be put in front of.:deal

Duran is one of the most overrated boxers in history and has almost more excuses than he has wins. He's a ATG yes but not top 5 no way. You can't go 1-5 against SRL, Hagler Hearns and Benitez and be top 5 of anything.:deal
I wouldn't put him in my top 5 but I can see a case for it. Ezzard Charles and Archie Moore couldn't beat Rocky Marciano but deserve to be rated above him P4P without question. I speak the truth Moore and Charles are far greater than Marciano horrible comparison, not even worthy of debate of course they were greater fighters than him. Duran lost to guys especially SRL who have a legit case of being greater than him. Duran went 1-5 against SRL, Hearns, Hagler and Benitez he also lost to DeJesus at a weight his fans say he was unbeatable at. This has nothing to do with racial bias it has to do with exposing an overrated fighter who gets a pass because he's well liked. I can see the same thing years down the road happening to Erik Morales because he's well liked.
