Think Marciano would probably outwork him here, and win a decision. he would probably force Bugner into survival mode as he was a much harder hitter than Bugner. I don't think Rocky would stop him as Bugner was a pretty tough guy and hard to KO, Lyle, Ali, and Frazier couldn't do it.

Bugner was a hot and cold fighter. Sometimes he was on & he was a brilliant boxer on the outside with a nice snappy jab and good movement. Other times he was happy to get outboxed & outworked, he lost to guys he should have whooped.

Bugner can win if he beats Marciano the punch with his jab consistently and keeps it on the outside & consistently ties Rocky up close. Bugner certainly had the tools and the style to get it done I just question if would be able to fend off the Rock.

Bugner was a defensive fighter who tried to survive, he was not a great offensive fighter but was pretty durable and moved and held. That being said he may have a shot of lasting a bit, he was down vs Frazier but not the best Frazier. I think the Marciano work rate would be a problem for him and it would be a matter of time before the RSC possibly after the 9th to the 15th

Marciano by KO/TKO in later rounds.
