In his book, ray reckons his brother should of been champion at junior middleweight but he became a heroin junkie

    Anyone see him fight

I saw him fight once or twice on a SRL undercard.

He didn't appear to be anything special, though it appears that he beat Clyde Gray in Montreal the night SRL lost to Duran.

    He record was 16-1.

One guy who might have been champion had his brother not been champion is Robbie Sims. Somehow Marvin's success prevented Robbie from being champion, although Robbie had his chances to break out and be a top fighter. He just never did. But he was good.

In the right circumstances, he would probably have made a brief champion, but losing to Mario Maldanado, someone he already beat, didn't help his case.
