Obviously he is a little raw and not fought anybody yet but like Ngannou he is young exciting and powerful and could easily be promoted to title after a few wins. You basically pointed out most of the reasons that him fighting for a title are realistic and probable imo with the divisions lack of depth
I agree obviously we want to see the best fight the best but we also want to see talent coming through and new challengers, Matthews is still only 23 and those losses to top guys Lee and Vick showed he isnt ready and needs smart matchmaking if he is to have any chance to become a challenger
