Great post. I concur. Haye always has exciting fights. He's a classy guy as well. When he lost to Thompson, he didn't complain or nothing. He shook his hand and took the loss like a man. Haye's a boxer people could respect.
I think against heavy bangers like Wlad or Peter he might be in alot of trouble, they hit alot harder than Thompson or Mormeck. I dont think Haye is the future, his chin will fail him once he gets into the top 10 in the heavyweight division IMO.
His chin already can't be on the level of Fraudley's. Fraudley would pass out for 15 minutes after getting hit with one big right hand. It would be interesting to see Wlad vs Haye because they're both KO or KO'ed type of fighters, but Wlad is on a whole different level skillwise. It would be a really exciting match though and Haye would have a better chance than Ibragimov.
Wow! Enzo even more scared than I realised, using the weight issue to get out of it. No suggestion of doing at 210 lbs or something. He just doesn't want any piece of that, he wants to stay where he's safe, fighting peeps he can easily beat...
Richie Cunningham maybe, that would be about the right level for Enzo & Warren. ...I'm sorry, I don't know why I'm coming out with all these Happy Days references tonight...
I agree, Haye/Wlad would certainly be more exciting than Iggy/Wlad. It's going to be interesting to see how Haye does against heavy hitting heavweights, I dont see him being the future of the heavyweights, but I do see him being an exciting heavyweight.
Wlad would KO Haye easily. He's much bigger, faster & more powerful. Haye has good skills but WK still outboxes David & knocks him cold.
