Round 8 - 2 punch combination by Luevano, BIG left hand for Santiago, Santiago is controlling the 2nd half of the round, another left by Santiago, and punishes Luevano at the end of the round.
    Clear round for Santiago.

    76-76

Momentum is defintely on Santiago's side, Luevano could be dropped if he keeps getting clocked.

I have Santiago ahead 4-3-1 right now. Luevano has sapped all the juice from his legs, which he needs to box and score points for the rest of the fight. Trading was a terrible idea...but at least the fans are getting their money's worth.

Round 9 - Luevano can only throw his jab for his lack of power and Santiago knows how to answer it, 3 punch combination by Luevano and he holds afterwards, nice left by Luevano, Santiago walks into the jab.
    Definetely Luevano's round

    86-85 Luevano

I thought Santiago gave away Round 9. Is he getting tired?

    4-4-1 for me

Lederman has it 5-4 Luevano. I don't know about that.

Santiago needs to be more economical with his punches. If he can set up a big counter uppercut like he did earlier in the fight, he can stun Luevano enough to the point where THEN he could let go. But he's punching himself out.

Lederman has it the same as I do after 9

Round 10 - OH, Luevano is in trouble his legs are gone, hes getting hit alot, he looks recouped, now Santiago is taking some shots, and Santiago comes back, Luevano on the ropes, Santiago is throwing everything, wow what a fight, Santiago is tired after all that now Luevano is taking advantage of it, Santiago is surviving with alot of holding, Big right by Luevano. Great round. I give it to Santiago.

    95-95

Fight is even on Lederman's card

Round 11 - Luevano punches low Santiago looks at the ref as to say come on, Santiago hasnt thrown anything in the 1st minute he could be tired, Nice left Luevano, Luevano drops his mouth piece for the 3rd time in the fight, Luevano is pressing the action, I dont know whats up with Santiago he may be still tired but now hes the one trying ot fight on his backfoot, they trade words at the end, not alot of action but that was a clear Luevano Round.

    105-104 Luevano

This last round could decide it.

Luevano won this round, action slowing down a little, my guess is both guys are conserving energy for the 12th.

There should've been a -1 penalty for Luevano dropping his mouthpiece TWICE. It's as if trainers are telling their fighters to do it because precedent was set when he gave Chico extra time against JLC.

    5-5-1

Santiago won the last round in my book. Snapped Luevano's head back with those straight left crosses. 6-5-1 Santiago

I think Santiago is more deserving. He hurt Luevano much more often, and it's not as if Luevano's ring generalship was dominant.

Final Round - Santiago still trying to box, what is he doing!? pressure is what got him in the fight in the first place, Luevano has Santiago on the ropes briefly, nice 2 punch combination by Santiago, Luevano's championship round experience kicking in, its close.

Very close round, ill score it even

    115-114 for Luevano

I can see this going for Santiago
