Good point, look at Juan you would think he could go down a weight class... But than his workrate and stamina kinda makes you think otherwise.
his muscle doesnt look abnormal in this pic, he was well over 200 pounds. Which leads me to think that his left bicep in the Tito fight was torn, and it was probably swollen.
I really get tired of all this steroid talked. I've seen video of Roy at 154 as an amatuer and he still had those guns. The guy has incredible genetics and he trains hard. There's you're answer.
Relax no one suggested he was on roids. It would probably kill his speed anyway. I was just pointing out the unusual size relativity of his biceps for a natural athlete.

I think people also must remember is Jones has Millions of dollars and time to invest in his body, the reason why Jones looks like that is because he has dietician and a world class personal trainer monitoring him at all times, making sure he eats the right things and does the right workouts to gain the body he desires, 99% of us dont have that luxury. Holyfield had Lee Haney as a personal trainer, who was body building legend in the 80's and early 90's, which helped to make him have one of the most sought after bodies of the 90's.
He defo stated he tore is left something or other after the fight, and stated that it popped out. His muscles are not something that really stand out anyway for a professional boxer..
