Maybe Roy wants to retire on a winning note? Either way this fight shouldn't be PPV and any idiot that pays for it deserves to see a shitty match.

This is getting Sad. I remember him at 33 saying he wouldn't go past 35 and now he's 40. He always said he would never risk permanent damage, here we are in 2009 5yr removed from his 35th and he wants to keep going. Oh well.

If RJJ wins this well it proves he wasn't shot and Calzaghe dominated a near prime ATG :rasta

Roy simply has too much pride to go out with a dominating loss. I don't think even he knows whether he's going to fight on or retire if he wins. He's just trying to restore some of his image. Well, having said that, if he win's, his pride and ego will want more. He's going to keep fighting until someone completely busts him up IMO.

Still think Roy is competitive with everyone at 175 apart from Calzaghe and Hopkins.

Roy jones Jr is destorying whats left of mainstream boxing in America, why should a fighter regarded as "one of the great ones" disgrace his name by performing crap, on PPV's let young average boxing fans see some true prime fighters fight, please hope Hatton vs Pacquio bring some light back to boxing
