WHY DO THEY MAKE FIGHTS LIKE THIS??????? Rubio is OBVIOUSLY a bum in with a championship caliber fighter. He can't even throw a punch, and the Jennings (ANOTHER AMATURE)fight and this fight are on pay per view? HOW???????????? Pavlik stops this guy before the 8th round and then gets hailed as the king of the division after fighting a human punching bag. This is why boxing has a bad name. I would never pay to watch anything like this again.
Does this guy even know how to fight back????????????? What the ****???? It's a fight.............you're supposed to fight back! Pardon me for saying so, but if Rubio actially tried to fight back he may score a point or two.
And Pavlik cannot take him out fast enough! Where the critics on Pavlik? Wlad did get so much hate because he takes the guys not fast enough out. Rubio is not better than Rahman.

Rubio, 30 punches per round over the course of 5 rounds. WTF??? And he's in with the world champion??????????? This is shameful............. This is the biggest mismatch Ive ever seen. Pavlik is fighting a semi-professional ( and not a very good one) sparring partner in a championship fight. This is even worse than the jennings fight.
This ****ing sparring partner is fighting to survive 12 rounds. It's going to go the distance. This should be a HUGE EMBARRASSMENT to Kelly Pavlik. This Rubio tomato can is trying to go the distance. And also I notice that Pavlik ( as big a fan I am of his ) hasn't improved anything since last he fought.........he plods forward.............and then there's something about the way he throws his right hand. I can't explain it.........it's like a studder step..........when he throws the big right. It's so unorthodox that I can see someone at some point catching him with a counter and flooring him. NO FOOTWORK........flat footed all the way. These are probably the things that Bernard and richardson saw in Pavlik..............I wionder why no one told Pavlik.
I'm probably gonna get banned soon because I'm going to post a note to Bob Arum. On a side note, I like Ray Mancini a lot. He was a warrior........ BUT HE SUCKS AS A COMMENTATOR.
What was Rubio's fightplan tonight? Get punched in the face a lot without punching back? When on the ropes don't attempt to move off them and get punched in the face some more?
That wasn't my point. My point was that the fight happened because Rubio was a mandatory challenger and they HAD to get him out of the way. Pavlik looked like ass tonight.
