    John Ryder will defend his WBO Inter-Continental Middleweight title against Les Sherrington at The O2 on January 31, Should be a good fight

    32 year old Aussie safe fight, what happened to the fight with komitsky or whatever he's called

    Very safe. Ryder lost a very tight decision to BJS look where they both are now. Sort it out Ed!

    Khomitsky would have been good,the guy who iced macklin would have been better but this is just horse s hit i'm afraid.

    Really poor again from hearn suprised it aint ppv.

    Ryder will put up a better fight than macklin though, Probably heiland by UD, because his workrate looks very good. And ryder had problems pulling the trigger vs BJS.

    I totally agree with points that Heiland would beat Ryder, would be a great fight. I would have liked to see Ryder v CEJ but with network issues would never happen
