    Bill Lang was very interesting to watch. High guard, Modern stance behind a jab and some "modern" combination punching. Was he ahead of his time, or is the evolution of the sport a little overated.

    Interesting question,I tend to think that 175lbs , [thereabouts], was probably his best weight ,given his 5' 7 " height, but he is known, and celebrated more for his wins at heavy..
    He may have been the greatest LHVY ever, could you, anyone ,pick Spinks,Moore,Conn,Loughran, Foster,to beat him with any degree of certainty?

    I'm going with Sam by knockout in this matchup. He could easily make the 175 pound limit and would bring hell to Michael in a hurry.
