    Wrong! I refer you to my comments above. I have always maintained McCline is a light-hitting HW, and continue to do so. And, yes, this SHOULD raise concerns about Peter's ability to take a punch.

    Didn't you call McCline feather fisted?

    I most certainly did! Which is why this should still raise serious questions about Peter's ability to take a punch, even though he was able to weather the storm.

    This is also why more evidence is needed. Taking in the totality of his career, his chin should now have a "questionable" rating.

    Wrong. I have been commenting on the now-questionable nature of Peter's chin since this fight happened.

    You should never call any fighter feather fisted! For your own good! :D

    If anything Zakman I believe you need to reassess the "feather-fisted" comment. A man that stops Grant quicker than Lewis, who also dropped Sam Peter where Waldo couldn't, is clearly NOT feather-fisted.

    He's just very passive.

    1 bad fight fight doesnt consitute a weak chin, anybody thats ever gotten into the ring knows a guy with no punching power can catch you on the chin and stun you. Now fighters like Wlad and Harrison have proved they could be put down by practically anyone, and there chins have been proved to be weak in more than 1 fight. Just like Zackman said, we need to see more fights to determine wether it was a fluke or not.

    I think you need to watch the Grant vs McCline fight instead of checking BOXREC.

    Amsterdam and Zakman are fans of Peter so they have kept quite.If it were anybody else they would be all over his "China Chin".

    Double Standars and very biased(we all are a bit) but not like these 2.

    I don't think McCline is light-hitting, just light-throwing. He found his comfort zone against Peter and landed some pretty hard shots, from my view.

    Jameel obviously isn't a huge hitter, but he definitely has more pop than legitimately feather-fisted heavies like Byrd, Toney and Chambers.

    I know Grant was TKO'd because of his ankle. That said he was STILL floored by the first punch McCline decked him with.

    How many punches did Lewis have to hit Grant with? Exactly my point.

    And Sam says he was very surprised by McCline's power. Coming from a man who took flush right hands from Waldo I think that says alot!

    Yup , and Taylor is a perfect example.

    In one of his posts Amsterdam stated that Pavlik is on his "suspect chin list" couse he was hurt and down in Taylor fight (after 16 punches and half of them flush :patsch )

    How do you see a Round Robing going between:
    * Sam Peter
    * Jameel McCline
    * Andrew Golota
    * Kevin McBride
