NSW boxing wouldn't sanction the bout on two main reasons, one was the sparring footage Zelky leaked, the other being that he was fighting for a WT, all be it the pissy IBO one, and had been inactive for so long, they wanted him to have a couple of warm up fights at least. He refused, but none of it was knocked back on medical evidence, all his medicals came back clean.

Who's building this fight up? The opponent is ordinary,the match up is ordinary but he has fought 4 times since being cleared by doctors with no problems. If this was PPV I wouldn't pay $1.99 for it and wouldn't bother missing the Sunday morning footy show if it was on a Sunday.
