    This.

Iv actually got a really good feeling about the fight, I think Rhodes can do it. The odds are absolutely crazy - Alvarez is obviously favourite but this is his biggest test yet.

Alvarez isn't that special but I do worry if he comes out bombing that he could stop Rhodes but I am believing and more strongly now that if Rhodes can frustrate him and find the openings he could really make this a big fight.

I dont see it that way. Bar internet highlights ive only seen alvarez in the hatton fight so maybe im not that well informed about him, but to me he looked easy to hit and couldnt get rid of the smaller man in front him despite his much talked about power. Rhodes will hit him from angles he wont see and with reasonable power.

Gonna throw some money on a rhodes victory!

This all points to a Alvarez KO victory ... In the fight against Jamie Moore , Moore walked down Rhodes and was winning the fight easily until he gassed . Moore was catching Rhodes at will and Moore and Alvarez styles are similar .

Alvarez too at light middle will be exceptionally strong and his punches will carry a bit more power .

Also the temperature in there will be hot and will Rhodes be used to fighting in that heat ?

I can only see an early stoppage in favour of Alvarez...

Guys do you really think golden boy promotion would put their multi million dollar boy in this fight if they thought he had a chance to lose "I don't think so" because their are much much bigger money fights that they could cash him out for so he's not losing this fight.

What's been Alvarez's best performance so far?

I've only seen his fights against Cotto and Hatton (that sounds like he's been in with the very best lol).

I'm gonna try and get a download of the N'Dou and Baldomir ones as well so I can try and judge how quick, accurate and predictable he might be but just wondered if there were any other fights that stand out?

im still not sold on alvarez there have been so many upsets this year i dont see what Ryan has be afraid off. SA is a good puncher who puts them together well, but his head can be static, and he can look a little plodding at times. I can see Ryan doing this he has enough pop to keep Alvarez off and he couldn't stop Hatton who really shouldn't have been fighting at the weight
