I guess I can sympathize with your thoughts but I find it difficult to empathize. I really can't speak to Wards relationship with Goosen because well none of us truly know the particulars of their business arraignment. You've basically appointed yourself judge and jury regarding Wards affinity with Goosen and have automatically sided with Goosen because of Wards untimely comments. Why so hell bent to vilify Ward and turn him into some sort of duplicitous tv evangelist.

Since when does being Christian equate to being flawless and surrounding yourself with saints? Jesus himself walked, talked with criminals because he appraised them by the content of their character, he weighed their faith based on their overall intent and realized we all fall short and do selfish ungodly things.

I have no idea why AK involved himself in these activities but I won't throw stones because I'm not without transgressions. Sometimes our associations are forced on us sorta like family and it takes a special individual to produce a positive relationship that becomes mutually beneficial. Being a man of God is far from being God like.

who do you know that equates being Christian, with being flawless? seriously? surrounding yourself with saints doesnt make you a Christian, but surrounding yourself with crooks will insure you aint one.

Dude I think you completely misread my post....im also not comparing Ward to Christ and the connection between Ward and these apparent criminals might be more complicated and layered then you think. Breaking ties with bad company isn't always so simple. I actually appreciate your input man just think your jumping the gun here.

In all seriousness: I was thinking how the guy made money over the years, particularly with Dibella keeping him so inactive. Rest assured when he did fight he was not making anything nor was he getting any money sparring Jacobs and others.

Perhaps they just found another way of protecting A side divas from these E.E's just lock them up for being mobsters.

 

if i did misunderstand your post, i apologise. i thought it was another one of those, "who are we to judge, and jesus said, "let he without sin...." posts. i dont agree with people misrepresenting the logical truth due to plain lazyness.

Common sense is a thing of beauty so I get your point. I'd rather see AK go through the proper channels before he gets labeled, as fans we do have a bad habit of being fickle and yes highly judgemental. My hope is that we stray away from double standard and more importantly understand their are levels of severity to consider when criticing someone's actions. If AK is guilty let homie do the time.
