What kind of career could George go on to have?

The SMW Division is pretty darn thin compared to when Carl came on to the world stage. Carl had the 'Super 6', and the Division was tasty.

    So that makes me wonder...

    What opponents could George face?

    Ward?
    Degale II?
    Golovkin?
    Bika?
    Steiglitz?

What up & coming SMW's are there that could be a big test for him in say 2-3 years time? Any MW's or LHW's that are looking to switch to SMW soon?

Froch's resume, tbf, is brilliant (IMO). I just wonder if GG's could be as good with who's around now and who's coming through, etc?

Groves is 26. Froch started later so didn't fight anyone of note until he was about 29.

In 3 years time, never mind 5-10, the SMW division will be very different to what it is now. There's some decent fights at the moment like the ones you listed above and then in the future Callum Smith could be in the mix, Martin Murray will probably move up and even Ogogo could end up at SMW.

He'll have plenty of domestic and international options to make a decent career.
