Harrison was massive at the weight in the same way that Eubank was at SMW...:yep I don't think that Scot Harrison can beat Ricky Burns, but I hope that he can put the past behind me and move forward when he leaves Prison...:yep
The doctor said on Scott Harrison on the ropes he should still be able to make superfeatherweight .i don't see why not if he's not blown right up in weight . He's been in the jail probably on 3 square meals a day .Like I said though if he touches a drink' I don't think he's got a chance .
Didnt he go on a home leave and he came back pissed so he was transfered to another prison? Not a good sign is it, first time out of police custody and he is bang at it again on the booze, I would put big money on him never coming back.
Mate i can assure you Scott will never see SFW maybe not even LW,in saying that in his prime he used to smash up much heavier guts in sparring
IF and its a big IF Scott fights again i would only wish him well, Scott is a top top guy and was a great fighter! Time will tell if theres anything left in the tank
Hes a joiner by trade, and an artist too, so he is capable of living a life outside boxing. However as scottys biggest fan I am shocked at this thread, & shocked at Scottys tortured father still believing that Scotty will make a comeback, Scotty is a lost cause now, & the only thing hes going to make a comeback at is the booze the minute he gets outta jail. Hurts me like **** to admit it. What more can I say apart from NEVER expect to see Scotty Harrison anywhere near a boxing ring again.
As Dunky says, hopefully it won't happen and Harrison can get on doing something else. He's going to be a 34 year old featherweight who traded on strength trying to make a comeback as a lightweight.......
