If he can stay off the booze and out of jail that would be a start. (though I'm not one to advise on this at the moment...after 5 shots of Jagermeister )

Never nice to see a fallen star. Hopefully he can get back on track and get a proper job. Go back into joining if thats his thing. Thats the best case scenario and unfortunately a pretty unlikely one too.

Very true my good man, very true! Still kills me to this day though that Scotty never got the chance to show he was better than a prime Buchanan...
Its yesterdays story now though, I just live in hope that Ricky Burns, John Simpson, Craig McEwan & Kenny Anderson can carry the scottish flag now that hes gone.

I must admit though, since Scottys premature demise I have never loved boxing the same... does that make me a bad man or fan? Very probably! When a man loves a fighter TOO much? Words cant explain the feeling unless you have lived it yourself. So I make no apologies for my bitterness.

Not sure any of those guys are up to it mate (no disrespect)

How do you rank Harrison and Watt? 9 (?) defences when there was 4 titles against 5 when there were 2 titles.

And if I can get over Hatton getting banjoed twice then anything is possible!!!!

Goodluck to him ive always liked Scott Harrison it was him that mostly got me into boxing in about 2003 when he was Scotlands only world champion plus i live not far from Cambuslang.I know hes not as good as Morales but Morales showed that even at the smaller weights you can come back in your 30s and Harrisons not had the wars that Morales had and Peter Harrison said hes been trying to keep himself as fit as he can in prison.

Watt had a good run, Davis and O'Grady, good opposition beforehand, went the distance with Arguello.

I think some of you guys need to remember the problems scott has had, Is he really ready to start fighting again as I believe he had bigger fights outside of the ring to deal with its easy to get clean with no money and prison what happens when he gets a few quid again. I wish him all the best though
