Based upon what exactly? 9 fight novice and you right him off already. Yet your in love with Helenius who hasn't exactly shown anything to prove he is World Class either. He is fighting April 20th in Madison Square Garden according to boxrec. I thought he had been inactive of late too, but i think he was due to fight on Channel 5 a few weeks ago with the De-Gale bout but 5 pulled it.
Saw him fight at Light Heavy last year i think. Was very strong , stopped his opponent. hes very raw but i like him more than his bro, more fan friendly style I reckon he should get more Am experience. Even if it means facing more polished fighters in comps better than the bums he will be fed
Great another bum who will get more media attention and hype than he deserves purely because of who his dad is. It's a shame some genuinely talented boxers like Quigg, Murray and Barker are virtually unknown to the casual fan whereas bums like Chris Euwank Jr get known purely because of their last name. Sebastian Eubank might be good, I dunno. But his brother sure isn't.
Helenius proved nothing? Then why is he ranked that high? Helenius is a strong boxer when he is healthy and this is a fact! If you cant see a good boxer it is not my problem. For Chris Eubank junior, I have to say that he did not looked good at all in his last fights! He had a hard battle against Terry Carruthers. And I bet this was not his only hard fight at low level! he should have easy work with these guys... But he mostly has a hard time against low opposition. Thats why I say he is no world champion level! Maybe he can improve. He has to.
Chris Eubank Sr is purposely giving him stern tests early on. He believes it is the best way, keeps him grounded and makes him work hard. Senior insists on giving opponents more notice so they can train. I think he's doing fine TBH. Helenius is only ranked so high because he got an absolute gift against Chisora. He is a good boxer in the grand scheme of things but on a world level? Struggling with Chisora, Sprott and Williams (his most recent fights BTW) suggest he isn't even fringe world class. Haye would systematically destroy him.
Do you even know that Helenius fought with a broken hand and a serious shoulder injury against Chisora and against Sprott his right hand was ****ed up again since round two? And his fight against Williams was his first after his serious shoulder injury? Man how is a boxer supposed to look like when he only can use his left hand? And when his best punching hand is broken? Why are people like you say that Helenius is a bad boxer because although he has big injury problems? When Helenius is injury free he is a good contender and this is a fact! But then again people like you say he looked bad in this fight or in this fight! Of course he looked not good! No wonder when his ****ing punching hand is broken or not? And to Chris Eubank junior... I dont see that they give him hard opponents! All his opponents are ranked very low. And he should really not have these big problems with them. The fight against Terry Carruthers showed me that he really has to improve huge in order to be a World Champion. He had a very hard time with this guy. I did not saw other fight of him but I can imgain that the fight against Carruthers was not the only hard one. The comentators said that he had hard fights against opponents where he should have a easy night...
