The 6'8" Marciano vs Vitali thread was kinda amusing, though I believe this kid actually lacks imagination (or at least maybe ambition). The question on everyones mind has surely to be how a 7'0" tall Rigo would fare against Sugar Nick.:deal

And a 6'1" Ali against Golovkin? That's almost banal. C'mon Bacon-maker! If you ain't gonna make an effort you should go back to making bacon.:roll:

I think Kovalev could become an ATG at LHW, if he beats Stevenson, Fonfara, Pascal, and Chilemba.

 

Actually I've changed my mind. I thought at first that a 7'0" Rigo would be funny but then I realised that a 5'4" Valuev would be far more amusing.:deal

 

Kovalev is nothing special, he's just above average good boxer, not top 5 p4p worthy.

I'm going to try and ignore the fact that this odd thread was retitled by the TS (you can see the original title in the earlier responses) - Kovalev is being reasonably talked about as a top 10 P4Per -and if not quite there then close.

There's something like 25 - 30K registered professional boxers in the world and you consider P4P #5-15 (I figure just outside top 10 but the TBRB have him at #10) kinda 'average good'?:roll:
