    Kovalev is working the stiff left jab, reaching in with it to prod at Pascal's face while keeping himself balanced, just extending his upper body. Pascal is brushing with a hook as he briefly stands his ground and then flits away. Pascal hit with a right and his knee grazes the canvas while fleeing - again no call.

    Kovalev is snapping Pascal's head back with the jab. Pascal drops in a right leaping in. Clinch-fighting, Pascal landing on the back of the head. Kovalev is doubling his jab and hammering down with the right coming in, Pascal melting against him and clinging, getting hit in the nape. Kovalev is cutting the ring off and slipping the jab with a jerk of his face. Flush left hook by Pascal. Kovalev is landing hard body shots. Pascal answers in kind. They slug. BIG left hook on the chin by Pascal.
