Great fight. Pascal a G. Getting systematically dominated yet was able to throw caution to the wind and appropriately retaliate.

Nice, had Kovalev winning in rounds 7-9.

Pascal showed a lot of heart, Kovalev got a little too reckless after hurting Pascal early.

BTW, Pascal was still hurt from that last big shot from the previous round... early stoppage.. but still.. Pascal was done.. he never recovered from the hard shot at the end of the last round.

    but.. great ****ing fight.

    Give me a rematch.

    Game Over

Kov bashed him up, nobody has dealt with Pascal like that.
Fair play to Pascal took some heavy heavy shots but his stamina has always been a little suspect and quite a few on this thread knew that was coming.

Look at Pascals eyes and legs, he is done. The stoppage is ok.

The opponent should not bring family to a Kovalev fight.

Stoppage was warranted. Who knows how much more damage Kovalev could've inflicted.

You do know that round 3 always follows round 2 right?

What if that last round didn't happen? Different fight right?:patsch

Premature stoppage in my opinion. Fantastic fight that still had a bit more to offer in my opinion. A rematch could make sense.
